Our Story: A Brand and a Workshop United

Helvabox is a brand published by Kleap Technologies SA. Behind every mailbox is a real workshop: manufacturing and installation are handled by our technical partner, Serrurerie SK Sàrl, a metalworker with over 20 years of experience in mailboxes in the Lake Geneva region. This alliance brings together the best of both worlds: a clear brand and proven workshop expertise.

This specialization was born from a simple observation: too many commercial mailboxes don't comply with postal standards, and too many owners only discover this when La Poste suspends delivery. Our solution: a mailbox designed like a piece of locksmithery. Steel cut and folded to our specifications, ground welds, quality locks, and weather-resistant powder coating. Most importantly, the correct dimensions from the start: letter and parcel compartments meeting the minimums of La Poste brochure 221.04, an inward-opening flap, and a compliant slot.

Because we are metalworkers, we can say yes to requests that a reseller would refuse: integrating a mailbox into a stone wall, matching a precise RAL color, or designing a multi-unit battery that perfectly fits an awkward hallway. Custom-made solutions are our daily workshop routine.

We survey the location, we manufacture to the correct dimensions, and we install at the property line, with the slot facing the street, at a compliant access height (SIA 500 for collective buildings).
